Astawear Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Astawear purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help with a straightforward returns process.

1. Returns Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

  • For hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear, and earrings are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective.

2. Return Process
To initiate a return:

  1. Log into your account and visit the “Order History” section, or contact our customer service team at Customer@astawear.com to request a Return Authorization.

  2. Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging if possible, and include the completed return form.

  3. Ship the package to the return address provided in your authorization email. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as pre-paid return labels are not automatically provided. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and any return costs deducted from the refund amount will be communicated in advance.

  • Sale items are eligible for refund unless otherwise stated.

4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order on our website for the desired product.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Customer@astawear.com. We will arrange a prepaid return label and expedite a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

6. Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards, final sale items, and personalized products cannot be returned.
