1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment is confirmed. During promotional periods or seasonal sales, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We partner with reliable international carriers to offer several shipping options to suit your needs. Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment (not the order date).

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and seasonal carrier delays. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.
3. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to most countries worldwide. At checkout, you will see the available shipping options and costs based on your delivery address. Some remote locations may have limited service or additional surcharges.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method, delivery destination, and order weight. Free standard shipping may be available for orders over a specified amount — please see our website or promotional announcements for current eligibility.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number on the carrier’s website to follow your delivery progress. You may also log into your Astawear account to view tracking details under “Order History.”
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
Orders shipped outside of Hong Kong may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We are unable to estimate these fees, as they vary by country. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
7. Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is entered accurately and completely. We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses. If you need to update your address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at Customer@astawear.com. We will try to assist if the order has not yet been shipped.
8. Missing or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please first check with household members, neighbors, or your local post office. If your package appears lost or is significantly delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, contact us at Customer@astawear.com with your order details, and we will help you initiate a carrier investigation.
